Amsterdam Centraal Railway Station

In addition to being the country's biggest train station as well as the second busiest one in the Netherlands, the impressive Amsterdam Centraal Train Station is outstanding both in design and in size. There is a magnificent Gothic building that houses the station complex, along with an awesome cast-iron roof for the platform. The Amsterdam Centraal welcomes over 190 000 passengers every day and serves more than 30 rail routes (22 domestic and eight international including Eurostar, Thalys, and ICE trains).
There is a wide variety of shopping and dining venues to choose from, as well as comfortable waiting rooms, luggage storage facilities, ATMs, and an information point.
